As the key driver of our Corporate Orientation experience, you will:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and delivery through to evaluation
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across Recruitment, WHS, Clinical Education, Site Leads, and more
  • Act as the central point of contact for inquiries and general communication relating to the Corporate Orientation project
  • Ensure documentation, workflows, and compliance align with NSW Health standards
  • Create a well-structured and engaging Corporate Orientation across all HNE locations and professions that ensures staff are engaged and supported
  • Support cultural respect, safety, and excellence across all orientation touchpoints


Travel across HNELHD sites will be required to ensure local needs are captured and the orientation experience is consistent district-wide.
