About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to step into a Clinical Nurse Educator role at Armidale Hospital. You’ll play a key role in staff education and development, supporting nurses to deliver safe, evidence-based care in the after hours clinical settings. In this part-time position, you will lead initiatives that enhance clinical knowledge, mentor staff in their professional growth, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of patient outcomes across the facility.



About you

We are looking for a motivated nursing professional who brings:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to staff development and lifelong learning
  • Proven ability to deliver clinical education in a healthcare environment
  • Confidence in working both independently and within a collaborative team



Requirements

  • Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Recent experience in clinical education and/or staff development
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, deliver and evaluate education programs
  • Commitment to excellence in patient care and continuous improvement
