Step into the Role

We are seeking a motivated Administration Officer to join our friendly and supportive team in Medical Records. This is a flexible part-time role - 2 days one week, 1 day the next, with the option to pick up extra hours for leave coverage. Hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, with some flexibility on days.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the Medical Records department and assisting with back scanning to DMR
  • General medical administration duties and patient interaction
  • Assisting patients with private health queries and new patient portal entries
  • Accurate data entry into systems

About You

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A reliable team player
  • Experience in medical terminology and data entry is highly regarded but not essential
