Are you an organised, personable individual looking to grow your administrative skills in a welcoming healthcare environment?
We are currently seeking a Full Time Administration Officer to join our team to support both general administration and finance functions of Walcha Multipurpose Service.


Everything You Need To Know 

This diverse position offers a mix of front desk duties, financial administration, and purchasing responsibilities. You’ll be the friendly face welcoming patients while managing key admin and finance tasks in a collaborative and supportive setting.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Front desk general administration duties and patient data entry
  • Managing invoices, accounts, and assisting with financial processes
  • Overseeing the x-ray clinic bookings and records
  • Ordering and purchasing supplies, stocktake, and stores management
  • Accurate use of internal computer systems to maintain records

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive team player who contributes to a supportive workplace culture
  • Someone with accounts or invoice management experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong computer skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Friendly communication skills and a customer-service mindset
