Join the team!

We are looking for a motivated individual to join the administration team in the Emergency Department at Scone Hospital. In this behind-the-scenes role, you will support the team each Monday by handling key administrative tasks that help keep the unit running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include data entry from weekend admissions, assisting with phone calls, and managing general enquiries. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ideal for someone with: 

  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when needed
  • A focused mindset and the ability to learn quickly
  • Clear and effective communication
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting


How you will be supported

As a new team member, you will be paired with a buddy to support your learning and help you settle into the role with confidence.
You will be part of collaborative team including seven skilled administrative staff meaning you will always have someone to turn to for support, with ongoing guidance every step of the way.
