About the opportunity
As a Program Manager, Operational Strategy, Change and Commissioning, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering Health Infrastructure’s capital portfolio. This is your opportunity to drive strategic transformation and ensure operational readiness across major hospital projects.
In this dynamic leadership role, your portfolio of work will focus on implementing the Operational Strategy and Shared Services Engagement Framework across the capital program, working closely with NSW Health Shared Service partners. You’ll also provide core advisory services aligned with the Operational Strategy, Change and Commissioning Framework, embedding best-practice support service models and infrastructure design into every development.
You’ll collaborate with Local Health Districts (LHDs) and NSW Health entities to foster strong partnerships, influence service transformation, and guide projects from planning through to, day one operations.
