About the opportunity
The Program Manager, Australasian Health Facility Guidelines (AusHFG) plays a key role in shaping how health facilities are planned and designed across Australasia. The role provides strategic advice across Health Infrastructure and participating AHIA jurisdictions, while overseeing the development of nationally recognised AusHFG resources that support safe, sustainable and future-focused health infrastructure.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team of health planning and design professionals, working closely with clinical, operational and technical experts across Australia and New Zealand. By managing complex programs end to end from research and consultation through to governance and delivery, you will ensure AusHFG resources are evidence-based, aligned to government priorities and consistently applied, while fostering a collaborative, accountable and high-performing team culture.

This is a fixed term full-time role up until 30 October 2027. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.

Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.

This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.

About you
A strategic and collaborative leader with experience in health facility planning, health capital project management, design or related advisory environments will thrive in this role.
