Target questions:

Q1. Describe a time when you led a complex evaluation involving multiple stakeholders and data sources. How did you ensure the findings were credible and actionable?

Q2. Describe a situation when you developed or applied an evaluation framework for a large or politically sensitive project. How did you design or improve the framework, so it has rigour in navigating data limitations and balances the need for strategic-level reporting and practical, project-level insights?
