About the opportunity
The Manager, Corporate and Digital Communications leads the development and delivery of contemporary, high quality corporate and internal communication plans, campaigns, materials and events to engagement and enhance organisational reputation. This pivotal role works closely with internal and external stakeholders, managing an integrated communications approach across all organisational channels and platforms. Leading a small, collaborative team, the Manager, Corporate and Digital Communications is responsible for content generation and channel management across a range of audiences, ensuring alignment with best practice and delivering measurable engagement to support organisational outcomes.
This is a full-time ongoing role. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.
Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed. This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
About you
You’re a seasoned corporate communications professional, with extensive experience leading creative plans and campaigns across a range of audiences. A natural storyteller, you’re experienced managing digital communications channels and tools to cut through the noise and support long term outcomes. Confident leading a small, functional team, your solid experience negotiating with stakeholders while proactively identifying opportunities and risks will see you succeed in the role.
