About the opportunity
The Business Partner, Communications and Engagement leads communication and stakeholder engagement for strategic portfolios of large-scale projects within Health Infrastructure. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for driving improved stakeholder outcomes, proactively identifying and managing risks and providing sound advice to enhance organisational reputation.

The role works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a consistent, strategic approach to communication, stakeholder, media and issues management across the portfolio. Providing guidance to the portfolio’s communication and engagement team, the Business Partner is focussed on achieving customer and organisational outcomes, while encouraging collaboration and best practice.

There are multiple fulltime and part-time, fixed term and ongoing positions available. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.

Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed. This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.

About you
You are a seasoned communications and engagement leader, confident balancing multiple priorities across a portfolio, ideally in a large infrastructure organisation. Experienced delivering communications plans, products and initiatives for projects, you work collaboratively through the project lifecycle to deliver outcomes for customers, stakeholders and the organisation.

Well versed in providing strategic risk-based advice to stakeholders across a range of contexts, you are an experienced leader able to work autonomously, motivate others and foster a high-performing culture.
