About the opportunity
This role plays a key part in shaping a safe, healthy and inclusive workplace culture at Health Infrastructure. You’ll lead and coordinate corporate WHS and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring strong governance, compliance and continuous improvement. Working in partnership with the business, you’ll drive programs that support staff wellbeing, safety performance and organisational priorities, while maintaining and enhancing the corporate WHS components of the Safety Management System. 

This is a full-time, fixed term role for an approximate six-month period. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.

Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.

This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months. 

About you
You’re an experienced safety and wellbeing professional with strong knowledge of WHS legislation, systems and best practice. You’re confident partnering with stakeholders to deliver meaningful initiatives that improve safety, wellbeing and workforce outcomes. Analytical and proactive, you use data and insights to identify risks, trends and opportunities, and communicate clearly through high-quality reports, briefings and advice. You thrive in a role that balances governance with practical, people-focused solutions.
