Program Manager
Employment Type: Health Manager Level 3 – Part-Time Exempt (until September 2027, with opportunity to extend)
Remuneration: $137,525.00 - $156,231.00 per annum (pro rata), plus 12% superannuation
Hours Per Week: 24

About the Opportunity
The position leads and manages education projects including clinical education resource development. The position works in partnership with internal Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) staff and key agencies for the NSW Health workforce and includes and providing advice and support for the development and design of courses and monitoring and reporting on project outcomes. Projects may include large, diverse, and complex education projects, to achieve project deliverables and contribute to HETI and NSW Health Strategic Plans.

Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated health education experience overseeing design and delivery of complex programs. Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and demonstrated relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in designing evidence-based education content and programs for clinical and other related health environments.
- Demonstrate experience in establishing and managing strategic partnerships and interagency relationships including skills in influencing and negotiating.
- Demonstrated high level project management and complex document and reporting skills with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in parallel, achieving program milestones and outcomes within tight time frames and restricted budgets.
