About the Opportunity
The Senior Program Manager is a key driver of leadership and management capability across NSW Health, leading the design and delivery of impactful Leadership and Management Development programs at the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI). This role brings together education strategy, innovation, design and delivery to create high-quality learning experiences that strengthen leaders and support system-wide priorities.

The Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) is a leading provider of high-quality training and education to support more than 140,000 clinical and non-clinical staff, trainers, managers and leaders across the NSW health system.

Pre-Screening Questions

  2. Describe a time you led negotiations or influenced senior stakeholders to achieve a shared outcome. How did you build relationships and manage differing priorities?
  3. Describe your experience in designing and facilitating a learning or organisational development initiative for senior leaders. How did you apply adult learning principles, manage group dynamics, and ensure the learning translated into impact?
