Clinical Advisor (Continence and HEN)
- Clinical nurse consultant, clinical nurse senior, stoma nurse or registered nurse with current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated expert skills, knowledge and experience in assessment and management of incontinence and Home Enteral Nutrition (HEN) in a community setting, including prescription of consumable products.
- Demonstrated excellent computer and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on the ability to analyse and interpret spreadsheets; prepare written reports; and proven high level interpersonal skills in order to effectively engage negotiate and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement change in clinical practice and/or project management; including the ability to monitor, evaluate and make recommendations to improve customer outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop resources and provide education and training for internal staff, prescribers and consumers.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project objectives within agreed timeframes to support the financial management of the program, and to improve efficiency and quality standards.
