  1. Previous experience as a secretarial/administrative support person in a medical field and or/ supporting and advocating for customers in a previous health system navigation role.
  2. Proven communication and customer service skills, to maintain professional consumer and staff interactions, confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
  3. Demonstrable computer skills, and an aptitude for using multiple electronic patient information systems such as eMR and PAS
  4. Proven ability to work as part of a busy team, following protocols, as well as being able to work unsupervised and use your initiative to problem solve using good time management and prioritisation skills.
  5. Ability to work weekend shifts including Saturdays as part of the regular roster.
