The Opportunity

HealthShare NSW are looking for an exceptional individual who will shape the future of healthcare transportation. We're on the lookout for a Operations Manager to lead and innovate in our mission to provide responsive transport services.

As an Operations Manager with us, you'll be at the helm of our Patient Transport Service operations within the Mid North Coast and Northern NSW Local Health Districts. You will orchestrate seamless transportation solutions that make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Meet essential requirements as outlined in the Position Description
  • Candidates must have Australian work rights (citizens, permanent residents, or valid work visa). Permanent roles are open to Australian citizens and permanent residents, while temporary and casual roles welcome applicants with a visa
  • This is a NSW Health Category A position which requires immunisation and Tuberculosis (TB) screening. Refer to NSW Health OASV Policy (Page 12) for a complete list of required vaccines. During application, please upload OASV Undertaking/Declaration Form and TB Assessment Tool with any vaccination evidence you have
  • If you are identified as a preferred candidate and are external to HealthShare NSW, you will be required to complete a physical pre-employment health assessment (at no cost to you) to confirm your ability to safely perform the duties of the role.
