The opportunity

HealthShare NSW is seeking a motivated Administration Officer to join the Material Handling team at Royal North Shore Hospital. This role provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations, including managing enquiries, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and receipting goods using Oracle and spreadsheets.

You’ll be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, helping to maintain a professional and responsive service culture. Your ability to compile accurate documentation, manage sensitive information with discretion, and support decision-making processes will be key to your success in this role.
