- Process travel bookings for staff, VMO's and Patients in a timely manner to ensure a proficient travel booking service.

- Demonstrated understanding of requirements of legislation, commercial contracts and customers for commercial travel booking.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills, including well versed telephone etiquette.
- Demonstrated ability to participate in a cooperative team-working environment.
- Demonstrated skills in methodical record keeping.
- Demonstrated strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, prioritise and manage a wide variety tasks.
- Successful track record in travel transaction processing services.
