About the Opportunity
As a Project Officer of our Business Unit team within SDPR, you will be responsible for providing a range of high level administrative and project support activities to facilitate effective operation of Business Performance.
The role will assist Project Managers with the development and implementation of ICT/digital projects, including project plans, policies and solutions and contributes to issue resolution and escalation, research, analysis activities and planning and monitoring activities.
In this role, you will:
Support project and program delivery through documentation, knowledge management, and progress reporting.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and compliance with approved plans and methodologies.
Contribute to project planning, research, and analysis to inform effective decision-making.
Coordinate stakeholder communications, meetings, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Proven experience providing high-level coordination and support to complex ICT/digital projects, ideally within a large service-based organisation.
Strong understanding of project management practices, including maintaining schedules, managing risks and issues, and identifying potential challenges.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
