About the Opportunity
As a Program Coordinator of our business unit team within SDPR, you will be responsible for performing portfolio and program management support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality co-ordination and management of services and ICT/digital program/projects in line with established objectives
You will collaborate with key stakeholders, facilitate communication, and support working groups to drive project success. With your strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities, you’ll play a key role in the successful implementation of this transformative program across NSW Health.
In this role, you will:
Deliver comprehensive project management support to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and scope requirements.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation for effective reporting, monitoring, and evaluation.
Engage with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups to facilitate communication and project progress.
Coordinate project and program documentation, ensuring compliance with organisational and governance standards.
Support project teams by managing resources and implementing project plans aligned with agency methodologies.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Extensive experience in meeting coordination, minute taking, agenda planning, content preparation.
High level writing skills and experience in writing and processing briefing notes and options papers.
Experience with HP Records Manager or equivalent system is strongly preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
