About the Opportunity
Join eHealth NSW as a Test Manager and play a key role in delivering the ERP Upgrade Program. You will lead the planning, coordination and implementation of testing activities for Oracle Fusion Applications, ensuring quality outcomes that support one of the state’s largest digital transformation programs.
Working closely with other Test Managers and the wider team, you will oversee all stages of testing, from strategy and execution through to reporting and release readiness. This role gives you the opportunity to work on complex, large scale systems, grow your leadership capability and help shape testing practices.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the planning, coordination and execution of testing activities and establish testing processes aligned with best practice
- Develop and implement test strategies and plans that ensure quality outcomes for Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Oversee test execution, both manual and automated, and track progress against project timelines.
- Provide clear reporting on test outcomes, risks and issues to support release and leadership decisions
- Develop and test ICT processes for compliance against documented standards and provide input to improvement programs that enhance the quality of services to the business.
- Manage and mentor the Test Team, allocating resources and ensuring alignment with best practice.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by applying emerging testing methods, tools and technologies.
About You
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials in large, complex organisations.
- A proven track record in leading, planning and coordinating testing activities for ICT systems.
- Hands on expertise with test management tools, ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), and testing web application.
- The ability to lead large teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile ways of working and Azure DevOps will be a bonus
