Employment Type: Health Manager Level 2 - Part Time, Exempt (Until September 2026) 
Remuneration: $114,251.00 - $134,809.00 (pro rata) per annum, plus 12% superannuation 
Hours Per Week: 16

About the Opportunity 
Support the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a range of marketing projects, contracts and services to contribute to the achievement of the Screening and Prevention Programs within the division. This will involve managing and contributing to discrete projects or project streams, including the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns; initiatives to engage educate focus populations, the broader community and other stakeholders; and the evaluation of projects and programs.

Essential Requirements 

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing with an understanding of developing, implementing and evaluating advertising campaigns across multiple channels, for example, Digital, Television, Radio, Outdoor. 
  • Experience working with creative and media agencies. 
  • Demonstrated social media experience, including content planning, community management and media optimisation. 
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or health promotion, and/or relevant equivalent professional experience and training. 

Experience in the delivery of public health related communications will be highly regarded 

 
Pre-Screening Questions 

  1. Describe an integrated campaign you have been part of. What was the purpose of the campaign? What was your role? What were the results? And what were the key challenges to overcome? 
  2. Please provide an example of a campaign you have managed that required engagement with a range of internal and external stakeholders. How did you manage stakeholders to ensure project outcomes were achieved? What were the key challenges?
