Remuneration: $132,236.00 - $150,222.00 per annum, plus 12% superannuation
Hours Per Week: 38

About the Opportunity
This role coordinates and manages programs to drive efficiencies and growth in clinical trial activity in NSW, focusing on the collection and use of data to broaden patient access and attract clinical trial investment to the state.
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Public Health, Health Management, Clinical Research, or a related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent relevant professional experience, with proven project management experience with relevant qualifications and/or training.
- Demonstrated ability to apply project management principles, methods, and tools to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects within scope, budget, and timelines, and to effectively report on outcomes.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working collaboratively with clinical health services, research organisations and commercial entities.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical needs into clear business requirements, including effectively communicating business needs to technical experts responsible for delivery.
Pre-Screening Questions
- Briefly describe a complex project or program you were accountable for delivering in a health, clinical or regulated environment. Please outline the purpose and scale of the work, your role and level of accountability, the main delivery risks you managed, and the outcome achieved.
- Provide an example of when you worked with a service provider or specialist team (e.g. IT, data, analytics, digital) to deliver a solution. Please describe the problem or need to be addressed, how you translated business or user needs into clear requirements, and how you ensured the solution met business needs.
- Describe a situation where you worked across multiple teams or stakeholder groups with differing priorities. Briefly explain the nature of the competing priorities, how you built alignment or resolved tension and the outcome achieved.
