Are you passionate about developing others and supporting excellence in nursing practice? Join Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) as a Clinical Nurse Educator within our Medical Imaging team.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a supportive and collaborative environment, where you will work across both Gosford and Wyong Hospital, helping to build capability and confidence in our nursing workforce.

About the Opportunity 

  • You will design, deliver, and evaluate education programs that build capability across the nursing workforce.

  • You’ll foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging professional growth within the team.

  • Day-to-day, you’ll provide one-to-one teaching, support, and in-service education tailored to team and individual needs.

  • You’ll take on a leadership role as a mentor, preceptor, and role model, promoting collaboration and shared learning.

  • You’ll work closely with nursing staff and managers to identify education priorities and address learning needs.

  • You’ll also contribute your expertise to the development and review of procedures and guidelines, ensuring best practice is at the core of our care.

About You

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.

  • Relevant post-registration qualification in education or equivalent experience.

  • Experience delivering education and applying learning and assessment principles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and independently.

  • Current Drivers Licence
