We are searching for an experienced Sales professional with a background or understanding of private health insurance or within the insurance industry to join our team.

Your experience in a similar role with membership sales and/or meeting team Key Performance Indicators and the motivation to succeed and meet our targets. You will enjoy engaging and building relationships with our patients on promoting the benefits of private health insurance and services to our patients.

Your personal attributes will include exceptional customer service, well written and verbal communication skills and enjoy being part of a team whilst having the ability to work autonomously.  You will also possess a positive and resilient outlook, problem solving skills with a “can do attitude”, to meet the challenges of a busy role that requires you to multi-task and prioritise your day.

Your ability and willingness to improve the Central Coast Local Health District own source revenue for the benefit of our community by promoting private health insurance usage in a public hospital is essential.

About You

  • You are an experienced Sales professional with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • You have proven initiative and problem-solving ability, applying established methods, policies, and protocols to resolve issues efficiently.
  • You have high-level administrative and organisational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and use MS Office and relevant electronic systems confidently.
