About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive, enthusiastic safety professional to:

  • Deliver high-impact manual handling training tailored to staff and settings.
  • Support district-wide injury prevention through hands-on risk assessment.
  • Build capability in others through mentoring and education.
  • Collaborate closely with a skilled WHS team and engage clinical and corporate services.
  • Contribute to a positive safety culture that protects staff and patients alike.

What You'll Bring

  • Certificate IV in WHS or relevant experience in manual handling/WHS
  • Strong understanding of WHS legislation and SafeWork NSW Codes of Practise.
  • Experience in delivering engaging, practical training to diverse groups.
  • Confidence conducting risk assessments and ergonomic evaluations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to design and evaluate training packages aligned to real-world needs.
  • Valid Class C Driver’s Licence and ability to travel across CCLHD sites.
