Central Coast Local Health District are seeking a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist Level 4 to lead and shape the delivery of exceptional physiotherapy services within the Spinal Pathway team!

Lead in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, ensuring patient safety, service efficiency, and superior outcomes.

If you're ready to drive excellence in physiotherapy, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role

The spinal pathway triage service accepts GP referrals to neurosurgery and orthopaedic spinal clinics which are triaged by physiotherapists in consultation with surgeons. The program ensures patients are receiving the appropriate care in a timely manner. 46% of the patients referred to this program are offered a holistic biopsychosocial physiotherapy assessment and active management plan. If necessary, patients are expedited to see the surgeons but most often are managed in the community.

You will be working alongside Royal North Shore Hospital Spinal Pathway physiotherapists in our satellite clinic on the Central Coast.

The aim of the program is to provide patients with back pain on the coast with care closer to home.
