We are looking for someone who can:
- Lead the design and implementation of health system evaluations to support decision making that contributes to changes that are effective, efficient, and evidence based.
- Work with stakeholders to frame, scope and design evaluation plans, including program logic models, methods selection and data plans.
- Design qualitative and quantitative data methods and instruments, undertake data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Project manage end to end evaluation projects within agreed timeframes, budgets, and standards.

What you will be doing
The Senior Evaluation Analyst works closely with the Evaluation Manager to design and conduct evaluations of health initiatives, models of care, and guidelines across the NSW Health system. The role focuses on evaluating high-priority, large-scale programs, while also supporting broader ACI evaluation efforts. It involves collaborative work with ACI Directorates, the Ministry of Health, Local Health Districts, hospitals, and health professionals to inform program improvement and enhance evaluation capacity across the organisation.

Remuneration: $127,150.00 - $144,444.00 per annum excluding Superannuation
Hours Per Week: 40 (38 standard + 2hrs toward ADO)

Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or health related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in conducting evaluation projects end-to-end, from the initial framing to data collection, synthesis and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in evaluation framing, including developing program logic and targeted key evaluation questions as well as identifying an appropriate evaluation approach and mix of methods.
- Demonstrated skills in qualitative and quantitative methods, including designing robust interview and survey questionnaires, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis.
