What you'll be doing
As a Clinical Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the HITH service by providing high-quality administrative and transactional support to the clinical team.
· Deliver accurate data entry, reporting, and records management
· Coordinate administrative processes to support patient care delivery
· Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and stakeholders
· Prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Support workforce coordination and general administrative activities

Selection Criteria:
1. Holds or is willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including accurate spelling, good comprehension, confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels
3. Demonstrated experience in word processing, spreadsheet and database software
4. Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
5. Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume environment
6. Holds a current NSW Driver Licence.
