Regulatory Officer - Blacktown Clinical Haematology

Remuneration: $44.28 - $58.91 per hour

Blacktown Hospital’s Haematology Clinical Trials Unit is a high-performing and rapidly expanding research environment delivering Phase I–IV drug trials and investigator-initiated studies. What you’ll be doing
As the Regulatory Officer, you will coordinate and oversee ethics and governance activities across multiple clinical trials, ensuring compliance from study start-up through to completion in a deadline-driven environment.
Prepare and manage HREC and RGO submissions in line with Good Clinical Practice
Coordinate ongoing regulatory reporting, including SAEs and SUSARs within strict timeframes
Liaise with ethics committees, regulatory offices, sponsors and internal stakeholders
Review and manage trial contracts, indemnities and confidentiality agreements
Support trial start-up activities and maintain accurate data within the CTMS database

How to Apply

Previous experience and/or knowledge of Regulatory submissions.
Working knowledge and/or experience of the REGIS system.
Familiarity with CTRA and Medicines Australia clinical trial agreements.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite programs and working knowledge of databases
High level of organisational skill and the ability to prioritise competing demands/ workloads.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven attention to detail.
