What you'll be doing
Join a dynamic team providing vital oral health services across Western Sydney. This rewarding role combines clinical care with education and promotion. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Delivering high-quality oral health care to diverse patients
  • Educating patients on preventative oral health practices
  • Supporting population health and promotion initiatives
  • Working across multiple Western Sydney locations
  • Being part of a collaborative, purpose-driven team

Essential Criteria:

  • Registration: Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as an Oral Health Therapist or both the registrations of Dental Therapist and Dental Hygienist

Selection Criteria:

  1. Demonstrated sound clinical and diagnostic skills.
  2. Excellent oral and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with a range of individuals including the general public.
  3. A demonstrated understanding of and commitment to a preventative / population health approach to patient care.
  4. A demonstrated ability to work within a large team and independently under minimal professional supervision.
  5. A demonstrated commitment to continuing education.
  6. Demonstrated oral health therapy clinical experience.
