What you'll be doing
This role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality, individualised patient care within a healthcare setting, working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
- Assisting in assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Providing care within professional, ethical, and legal boundaries as per ANCSI competencies.
- Promoting holistic, patient-focused care that respects individual needs and rights.
- Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintaining accurate patient records in line with legal and safety requirements.
How to Apply
Essential Criteria:
- Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse.
- Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team.
- An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
