Remuneration: $ 66,976.41 - $ 72,773.45 per annum
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing 
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide safe, individualised and holistic nursing care under the direction of the Registered Nurse to support positive health outcomes for each paediatric patient. You’ll play a key role in delivering compassionate care that meets the unique needs of children and their families.

  • Deliver, assess and assist in planning and evaluating paediatric nursing care

  • Provide high quality care within professional, legal and ethical standards

  • Advocate for young patients by communicating sensitively with children and families

  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team for seamless continuity of care

  • Maintain accurate patient documentation to support safe care delivery

Essential Criteria:

  • Registration: Currently authority to Practice as a Endorsed Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (APHRA)

 

Selection Criteria:

  1. Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position.

  2. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse

  3. Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team

  4. An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team
