Remuneration: $32.79 - $35.63 per hour (+ 12% Superannuation)
Hours Per Week: 32 ( Jobshare may be considered for part time hours)

Patients benefit from a seamless continuum of care, from initial consultation through to post-operative rehabilitation. Specialised vascular ward providing comprehensive care for a wide range of vascular conditions.
Principal referral unit serving Western Sydney with advanced treatment options.
Multidisciplinary team of vascular surgeons, nurses, physiotherapists, dietitians, and discharge planners.
Holistic, patient-centred approach to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes.
What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse joining our team means you will be delivering nursing care within the Integrated Care Program, you will be working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
As a part of your responsibilities you will:
Provide best-practice nursing care aligned with ANCSI competencies.
Support assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical teams.
Maintain accurate documentation to ensure safe care continuity.
Advocate for patient needs while managing clinical priorities.

Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Enrolled Nurse
Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team
An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
