What you'll be doing 
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse you will provide high quality individualised care under the guidance of the Registered Nurse to support positive health outcomes. Your role will contribute to safe, efficient and compassionate service delivery within a busy clinical environment.

• Deliver and assist in assessing, planning, organising and evaluating patient care
• Provide best practice nursing within professional boundaries and competency standards
• Support holistic care that respects each patient’s needs and rights
• Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in line with legislative requirements

Essential Criteria:

• Registration:  Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Selection Criteria:

1. Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position

2. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse

3. Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team

4. An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
