Remuneration: $73,915.12 - $76,218.80 per annum

We are seeking a proactive Administration Officer who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about supporting women and their health.
As this person you will be joining the Women’s Health Clinic, a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care within the state of the art facilities at Westmead Hospital.

What you'll be doing
You will play a key role in delivering efficient and compassionate administrative support to patients and clinicians within the Women’s Health Clinic.
This rewarding role sits at the heart of a highly respected service, supporting the delivery of safe, coordinated and patient-centred care for women and their families. Working alongside clinicians and multidisciplinary teams, you'll contribute to positive health outcomes through exceptional administrative support.
Your role will also involve:
Provide reception, customer service, and clerical support
Manage appointments, patient check-in, and PAS data entry
Assist with antenatal records and digital documentation
Process Medicare billing and support revenue activities
Contribute to team improvements and service delivery initiatives

Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated extensive experience working in a busy reception or customer service position.
Ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment with proven ability to prioritise and multitask.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients/customers and colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated high level computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft and Windows based applications, email systems with data management experience in Medical Information Systems
Strong problem solving skills with a focus on attention to detail and reducing errors.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to flexible work practices.
Understanding of, and commitment to, providing an excellent customer service and maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
