What you'll be doing
Join our health service as an Administration Officer Level 2 (Ward Clerk), supporting ward/unit teams with essential clerical and patient services. This role ensures smooth operations and quality care delivery.
Provide timely admin support to health care teams
Assist patients, visitors and staff courteously
Maintain accurate records and patient data systems
Support reception and ward/unit service delivery
Promote positive customer focus and hospital image

Effective communication skills including accurate spelling, good comprehension, confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
Demonstrated experience in word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
Proven experience dealing with patients/Clients and their families/carers.
