Remuneration: $32.30 - $33.37 per hour

What you'll be doing
This position offers a key administrative support role within the Mental Health executive team. It requires initiative, professionalism, and strong organisational skills to manage a variety of office tasks and communications efficiently. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-level customer service and manage enquiries in person, via phone, and email
- Performing administrative duties including reception, appointment scheduling, catering, and procurement
- Coordinating correspondence, meetings, diaries, and documentation with attention to urgency and deadlines
- Using MS Office tools to create and manage complex documents, presentations, and tracking systems
- Supporting senior staff with projects, rosters, records management, and collaboration across departments

Selection Criteria
- Relevant qualifications in business, office administration and/or equivalent experience in similar office/administrative/customer service/reception support roles.
- Demonstrated well developed interpersonal skills, with good oral and written communication and the ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals and organisations both internally and externally.
- .Good customer service skills, with a demonstrated commitment to providing high quality service and maintaining confidentiality and privacy
- Demonstrated intermediate computer literacy with Microsoft office suite products, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as the ability to use various information systems and databases.
- Demonstrated good administrative and organisation skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise a wide range of administrative tasks in a high volume work environment and display time management and problem solving skills to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable, use initiative and work effectively with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
