What you'll be doing
As an Administration Officer, you’ll provide essential administrative and secretarial support to the Internal Audit Unit and the Audit & Risk Management Committee, ensuring smooth operations and compliance excellence.
Deliver high-quality administrative support across audit functions
Maintain records, databases, and electronic libraries with precision
Coordinate meetings and assist with committee processes
Manage procurement, rosters, and asset registers efficiently
Act as Web Liaison Officer and maintain the Audit Unit’s online presence

Demonstrated ability in undertaking administrative and secretarial role in supporting the day-to-day function of a Department or Unit
Ability to use and generate reports from various computer applications and databases. This include proficient use of Ms Word, Excel, Outlook and TRIM (or other document management system)
Demonstrated effective and professional interpersonal skills, writing skills and the ability to maintain effective relationships with all levels of management and staff
Demonstrated organisational and time management skills and ability to prioritise a range of competing tasks.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgement and discretion.
Proactive, motivated, flexible and take initiative in the work environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative
