What you'll be doing
Join a dynamic team at Blacktown Cancer and Haematology Centre, providing essential front-line administrative support across varied clinical services. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Delivering high-level admin support in a clinical setting
- Rotating across front and back office functions
- Assisting multidisciplinary teams and clinical staff
- Supporting clinics, infusion and radiation services
- Ensuring patient care through accurate, timely admin

Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment in a patient focused area with previous experience working with oncology patients and/or in a hospital setting
- Demonstrated advanced level computer skills including all aspects of MS Office, clinical databases and MS Outlook
- Demonstrated excellent attention to detail, in particular data entry processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with senior clinicians and external staff effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision and within required KPI’s
- Experience with medical terminology, and preferred experience with iPims and other hospital patient based programs
- Excellence in personal work ethics in the daily performance of administrative duties
