What you'll be doing
As the Senior Pharmacist – Clinical Lead, you will provide expert clinical pharmacy services to Critical Care Units and Emergency Medicine, while leading and mentoring a team of pharmacists. Your role ensures high standards of medication safety, quality assurance, and compliance with NSW Health and WSLHD policies.
Deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services in critical care settings
Lead, mentor and develop pharmacists within the portfolio
Oversee quality assurance and compliance with professional standards
Drive education, training and research initiatives in clinical pharmacy
Participate in rostered late shifts, weekends and on-call duties

Essential Requirements
Qualification: Pharmacy qualifications conferred by Tertiary Education Institutions e.g Bachelor of Pharmacy. Must satisfy Grade 3 classification as per Health Employees Pharmacists (State) Award.
Registration: Full and unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
Selection Criteria
Demonstrated excellent communication skills both written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated extensive experience in clinical pharmacy practice, particularly Critical Care and/or Emergency Medicine
Demonstrated excellent therapeutic knowledge and ability to exercise a high level of initiative in the application of pharmaceutical principles to clinical practice.
Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and manage time to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to effect practice change
Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in staff supervision and training.
Willing to work on weekends, on-call as per departmental rosters
