We are a cohesive team ensuring clinicians at all levels are involved in department development and decision-making processes to better the department and services we provide for our patients. For example, all OTs are involved in department portfolios and quality projects.
Supervision is a priority within our department, and we will establish the appropriate supervisory supports you require to reach your personal and professional goals.
Professional development is strongly encouraged in the Occupational Therapy department both internally and externally to the organisation. Our well-established education portfolio offers a range of presentations/in-services throughout the year, tailored to meet the learning needs and interests of our clinicians.
