We're seeking a Passionate Registered Nurses to join the dynamic K8B nursing team - a fast-paced, 28-bed Trauma Ward including 2 Close Observation Unit beds. The ward also manages a high volume of orthopaedic, trauma and general surgical patients.

What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse in this team you will be providing individualised, high-quality care in a health service setting to support optimal patient/client outcomes through collaboration and teamwork.
In your role you will be:
Delivering person-centred nursing care tailored to individual needs.
Working within a multidisciplinary team collaborating with medical and allied health.
Supporting health goals and stabilisation recovery plans.
Promoting best practice and safety standards.
Contributing to positive patient/client experiences.

Essential Criteria:
Registration: Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated recent nursing experience relevant to the position and commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice.
Demonstrated application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to patient care.
Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care.
Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
