What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse in our Dialysis Ward, you will play a pivotal role in delivering safe, high-quality renal nursing care while advocating for patients and supporting clinical excellence.
In this role you will:
Deliver best practice nursing care and escalate clinical concerns appropriately
Plan, implement and evaluate patient care in partnership with the MDT
Advocate for patients and carers undergoing specialised dialysis procedures
Maintain professional standards in line with ANMC competencies and NSW Health policies
Support, mentor and provide clinical preceptorship to staff and students
You will also be actively involved in continuing education, training, performance development and quality improvement activities to maintain and enhance your clinical expertise.
