What you'll be doing
This role focuses on providing evidence-based psychological assessment and interventions for adults with eating disorders across hospital and community settings within WSLHD. It involves collaborative multidisciplinary teamwork to promote recovery and positive health outcomes.
Conduct triage, assessment, and develop treatment plans within outpatient eating disorder services
Deliver individual and group psychological therapy tailored to adult consumers
Collaborate on care planning, clinical consultations, and maintain integrated care continuity
Engage consumers and families using recovery-oriented, trauma-informed approaches
Maintain accurate clinical records, participate in quality projects, and comply with professional development and mandatory training requirements

Essential Requirements:
Qualification: Successful completion of a PBA recognised undergraduate degree in Psychology including completion of Internship.
Registration: Current full registration with AHPRA, PBA Psychology Board of Australia
Selection Criteria:
Relevant tertiary level qualifications in psychology including current full registration in NSW with the Psychology Board of Australia and AHPRA
Demonstrated skills and experience in working with people with eating disorders
Demonstrated evidence based skills in the provision of assessment, formulation and group and individual treatmentand delivering interventions for people with eating disorders
Demonstrated skills in effective interpersonal communication, advocacy and negotiation
Able to work as an effective team member within a multi-disciplinary team
Able to work autonomously, to manage time well and prioritise workload
Current NSW Drivers licence and willingness to drive
