Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (up to 31 December 2027)
Position Classification: Health Manager Level 2
Remuneration: $55.40 - $65.37 per hour
Hours Per Week: 38
Location: Predominantly Westmead Hospital, potential to span across multiple WSLHD sites

What you'll be doing
In this role you’ll be coordinating critical hospital redevelopment projects, supporting teams and leading planning and documentation processes.
Liaising with stakeholders and consultants
Managing project documentation
Reporting on milestones
Coordinating meeting schedules
Supporting project communication

Selection Criteria:
Experience in project management.
Experience in a complex health environment with clinical experience / sound understanding of clinical service delivery and models of care.
Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, project groups and senior level management.
Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative.
Demonstrated performance in implementing change through application of change management principles including experience in risk identification, assessment and mitigation.
Understanding of planning, decanting and commissioning activities and time constraints involved.
Valid NSW Drivers Licence and be willing to use it for work purposes
