What you'll be doing
Join the Islet Transplant team at Westmead Hospital and contribute to groundbreaking clinical research and patient care.
- Leading islet transplant clinical services and consultancy
- Managing data collection and reporting
- Coordinating clinical trials and research
- Providing education and training
- Driving clinical service planning and improvement

Essential Criteria:
- Registration: Currently authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
- At least 5 years full time equivalent post registration nursing experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in the specialty field.
- Post graduate qualifications relevant to the speciality.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and improved health care outcomes, with appropriate computer and research skills.
- Proven excellent interpersonal, communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to provide education and counselling for patients and families potentially receiving islet Transplant.
