What you'll be doing
This position provides care in the community to client's requiring, wound management, continence and catheter management, and supportive and palliative care, including end of life.
It is a community health centre based position requiring travel across sites and into private residences. This position is required to participate in afternoon, weekend and public holiday shifts. The rotation to these shifts is minimal at this current time, and is subject to change at anytime.

Essential Criteria:
· Registration: Current Registered Nurse division 1 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
1. Relevant clinical experience in speciality
2. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
3. Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
4. Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership
5. Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
6. Commitment to continuing professional development
7. Demonstrate ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
8. Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work purposes
