What you'll be doing
We are looking for a Ward Clerk to support patient data management and ensure accurate billing and medical records.
- Maintaining patient records for admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Completing daily patient reports and verify bed allocations
- Ensuring timely return of X-rays
- Maintaining ward reception and supply orders
- Collaborating with health teams for best practice

Selection Criteria:
- Proven extensive clerical experience in an office support role.
- Demonstrate extensive receptionist/customer service skills.
- Demonstrated excellent clerical organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills - verbal and written, with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team situation.
- Competent computer skills in a Windows based environment and a knowledge of databases.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to flexible work practices.
