What you'll be doing
In this role, you’ll provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across enterprise risk management, insurance and legal services, ensuring smooth operations and timely responses across the District.
Coordinate meetings, training, reporting and documentation
Support the administration of the Enterprise Risk Management System
Assist with liability, property and insurance claims management
Manage correspondence, data extraction, payments and reconciliations
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies including Ministry of Health

How to Apply

Highly developed written and oral communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels from corporate staff to executive staff.
Demonstrated experience in appointment scheduling and coordination of the attendance of large groups for both facility based and LHD meetings and education/training sessions.
Demonstrated experience in administrative functions, including but not limited to drafting and distribution of minutes and agendas, following up of action items and ability to collate documents for facility and LHD committees.
Possess highly developed organisational skills, required to set priorities and manage time efficiently, while maintaining a high customer service orientation.
Ability to manage conflict of resources and/or priorities and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Demonstrated skills and experience in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working in a legal or secretarial services environment is desirable.
